29th of April, 2017:  Around 150 of all ages have attended and availed the benefit of free medical camp conducted by Rotaract Club of Guwahati Luit, Marwari Yuva Manch – Guwahati Greater, ASTC & Narayana Superspeciality (BAFNA) Hospitals Guwahati today at Astc Workshop Rupnagar – Guwahati.

Danda Mattack – Advisor – Astc, Jiten Medhi  – Divisional Superintendent- Astc, Pankaj Jalan- General Secretary – MYM ( N.E ), Tushar Jalan – President – Rotaract Club of Guwahati Luit, Vikash Sharma – Vice President – MYM Guwahati Greater, Amit G Chaudhry- DGM  – Narayana Superspeciality (BAFNA) Hospitals Guwahati & Ashwini Jain – Vice President – Rotaract Club of Guwahati Luit along with other members inaugurated ‘Umeed 4.0 –Mega Free  Health Check-up Camp’ with an intention to serve people who could not get proper medical assistance due to various reasons.

In the various rounds of the medical camp, tests were carried out for Blood Pressure, RBS & weight. In the next round patients were examined by for Heart, ECG & Medicine. The project convenors were Vishal Kashyap, Ankush Manhot & Ravi Garg.

While addressing the gathering Tushar Jalan –President – Rotaract Club of Guwahati Luit stressed the need of such camps in areas which are deprived of good medical infrastructure & also told that the club would be organising such 15 camps in next 1 year.

Rtr. Saurav Jhunjhunwala – Secretary – Rotaract Club Of Guwahati Luit said that “People need to avail benefit of health camps under our project Umeed as it is free of cost & it is of the best standards”.
